The role: 

Our Sunshine North team are seeking a proactive and organised Logistics Coordinator to manage the scheduling of people and equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal resource use. 

Your impact: 

Step into a role where your presence makes the difference, scheduling out people and plant with speed and precision, while fostering the cohesion that unites people and projects. 

Your every day: 

  • Answer as first point of call all incoming operations phone calls, providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Ensure plant and labour supplied meets any site-specific requirements
  • Plan, prioritise and allocate works received from project managers and clients including required resources, maintenance scheduling and future works forecasting
  • Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure they meet safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records of all asset maintenance, driver schedules, and personnel training related to site obligations, ensuring these are accessible for audits or inspections.

Who are you? 

  • Candidate must hold a current Drivers Licence
  •  Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Logistics and Operational Scheduling role
  • Proficient Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and other role appropriate IT software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise operational needs daily
  • Proven track record in scheduling assets and resources to achieve specific timeframes and deliverables.
