THE OPPORTUNITY

Simonds are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Consultant to join our busy Queensland team. Unlike traditional sales roles in residential building where weekends are the norm, this position gives you the unique chance to work Monday to Friday (and weekends as needed) while still achieving strong sales results.

We’ve been inundated with digital leads and phone enquiries, which means you’ll step into a role with warm, qualified leads ready for you to convert. Based at our Loganholme office, you’ll support customers across Brisbane, Moreton Bay/Caboolture, and the Sunshine Coast.

This is a role that combines sales drive with lifestyle balance; no more missing out on weekends!

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to and managing incoming sales leads via HubSpot and our 1300 enquiry line
  • Meeting with clients at our Loganholme office or one of our display locations
  • Facilitating the purchase of Simonds homes from initial enquiry through to file submission
  • Delivering exceptional service and accurate record-keeping of all customer interactions
  • Managing your own diary and appointments with the flexibility to structure your week

WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for someone who not only knows how to sell but also thrives in a structured environment where work and life stay in balance. You’ll be the kind of person who enjoys working with qualified leads and making the most of every opportunity.

You are:

  • An experienced new homes salesperson
  • Driven by targets and motivated to exceed KPIs
  • Confident in building rapport and trust with a wide range of customers
  • Comfortable pivoting between digital enquiries and in-person meetings, stepping away from the desk when needed to meet clients at our display homes and showcase what we offer
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to use HubSpot (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, self-starter who enjoys managing their own diary and appointments
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive, solutions-focused approach
  • Based locally with your own vehicle (highly desirable)
