THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a results-driven Medium Density Construction Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our townhouses and medium-density developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

In this role you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, overseeing trades, and ensuring all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with Australian building codes. Some key accountabilities of this role include:

• Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of medium-density construction projects from site start through to completion.
• Coordinating and managing trades, establish a reliable trade base
• Day to day management of trades on site, suppliers, completion of paperwork and other admin tasks
• Building strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, trades and key stakeholders
• Conducting weekly and monthly site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
• Ensuring correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Enforcing and adhere to OH&S regulations
• Weekly KPI reporting

WHO YOU ARE

Ideally, we're looking for someone who has:

• Experience supervising medium-density construction or townhouse builds.
• A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations and Quality Assurance (QA) systems (mandatory)
• Have completed the General Construction Induction Course/White Card (mandatory)
• Hold a valid driver's licence (mandatory)
• Solid project management skills, including experience in managing and developing a trade network
• Able to effectively communicate with a diverse customer group, including what it means to deliver excellent customer service
• Strong time management skills
• Strong IT/administration skills
• And just as importantly, an eagerness to learn and be a part of a supportive team.
