THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team as we launch into the Lilywood Landings Display Village, the first display village in Waraba City, the largest growth area planned in QLD.
This is more than a display role generating and managing potential sales leads – you’ll be helping Simonds pioneer an exciting new masterplanned community from the ground up. With thousands of registered buyers and the first stages selling out in weeks, Lilywood Landings is shaping up to be one of the region’s highest-growth corridors.
You’ll be based onsite in our two brand new display homes, working directly with first home buyers, upgraders, and motivated locals eager to make Waraba City their home.

YOUR IMPACT
You'll play a key role in driving Simonds' presence at Lilywood Landings. You won’t just wait for walk-ins — you’ll connect with the local market, educate buyers, and guide them through the new build journey with confidence and care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Guide customers from enquiry through the Simonds’ sales journey, delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience
- Maintaining the display home to ensure it’s always presentation-ready
- Building relationships with developers, agents, and community stakeholders
- Proactively execute local area marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing department
- Manage and convert your pipeline using HubSpot CRM
- Build referral and developer networks to drive brand awareness and land opportunities
- Championing Simonds’ commitment to quality, design, and affordability
WHO YOU ARE
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- At least 12 months’ experience in new home sales or construction or similar
- A results-driven mindset with proven ability to hit and exceed KPIs
- Confidence in managing multiple leads and buyer journeys simultaneously
- Warm, engaging communication skills with strong presentation
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
- A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Experience in a display environment or knowledge of the Caboolture/North Brisbane market is highly desirable.
