A bit about the role

You will collaborate with Module Owners and business stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into functional specifications that align with business objectives.

Provide effort estimates to support prioritisation and sequencing of enhancements, ensuring fit-for-purpose solutions are delivered effectively.

What you’ll deliver

  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are well understood and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance to the Module Owner and Program Manager on effort estimates to support effective prioritisation and sequencing of enhancements.
  • Configure and maintain TechnologyOne CiA CES modules to support effective business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely, high-quality technical delivery aligned with architectural principles.
  • Provide specialist technical expertise and act as the application lead for TechnologyOne CiA CES.
  • Ensure development approaches align with organisational standards, methodologies, tools, and practices.
  • Manage configuration and ongoing administration of user roles, profiles, and permissions in line with organisational structures and security frameworks.
  • Provide end-to-end leadership of the system domain to ensure performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with support teams to identify and resolve application gaps, enhancing functionality and user experience.
  • Develop training materials to support operational handover.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles, user manuals, and documentation for effective system use.
  • Support UAT planning, defect triaging, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
  • Implement changes to enterprise business systems in line with change management procedures.

What you’ll bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including to non-technical audiences
  • Proven experience in application configuration, development, and ERP integrations (especially via ETLs)
  • Experience supporting TechnologyOne solutions, including BPA workflows, Crystal Reports, XLOne, and ETL integrations.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across business units to drive shared outcomes
  • Effective time management and multitasking across multiple projects
  • Skilled in maintaining and supporting business-critical IT applications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint, and Office 365
  • Familiarity with API concepts, Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and system configuration
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check and Eligibility to Work check,
