About the Role

As the ERP Continuous Improvement Lead, you will drive the future of how we work at Casey through the OneCouncil program. Leading a team of process specialists, you’ll oversee the discovery, design, and implementation of end-to-end processes that make our operations simpler, smarter, and more connected.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll collaborate with business owners, guide change, and ensure process transformation delivers real value across the organisation. If you thrive on shaping complex systems, improving ways of working, and making a tangible impact on a large-scale digital transformation, this is the role for you.

What You’ll deliver

  • Lead the OneCouncil Process Stream, guiding a team to deliver end-to-end process improvements.
  • Oversee current-state discovery and design future-state processes that streamline and enable program benefits.
  • Ensure process documentation, workflows, and artefacts support system configuration, testing, and training.
  • Partner with business owners, SMEs, and change teams to drive effective decisions and adoption.
  • Apply governance, risk management, and quality assurance to ensure outputs are accurate and fit for purpose.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience leading end-to-end process transformation in large, complex organisations.
  • Expert knowledge of process discovery, optimisation, future-state design, and modelling tools (e.g., BPMN, Lean).
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, including analysts, designers, SMEs, and external vendors.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills at senior levels.
  • Qualifications or certifications in process improvement, business administration, project management, or related fields.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check.
