About the Role

Due to internal promotion, an outstanding opportunity has arisen to play a lead role in the next exciting phase of our ERP transformation, leading the development and validation of business requirements across multiple functional areas for the TechnologyOne (CiA) OneCouncil Program.

Liaising extensively with internal stakeholders, external partners and the program team, you will drive alignment of business processes to the OneCouncil template, maximising “out of the box” platform capability to reduce risk and streamline delivery. This role plays a key part in equipping our people with the right tools and practices to better support the Casey community into the future.

What You’ll deliver

  • Lead and coordinate  business analysis activities across all OneCouncil workstreams ensuring consistent standards, quality and alignment to program objectives. Uplift business analysis capability across the program by coaching team members, embedding best practice analysis techniques, and foster a culture of curiosity, clarity, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Casey’s Delivery Partner and TechnologyOne consultants to ensure all analysis and design activities align to the program plan, critical path and agreed milestones
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Drive the development, documentation and traceability of Agile user requirements, ensuring that user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/non-functional requirements are complete, validated and aligned end to end.
  • Facilitate cross-functional design decisions by bringing together Process, Change, Testing, BA and Technical teams to resolve issues, validate assumptions and ensure consistency across the end-to-end solution.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, concise business language.
  • Partner with OneCouncil Program Leads to ensure alignment with the program plan and future-state design.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience leading business analysts and extensive experience driving outcomes across large, complex programs of work
  • Proven experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements for ERP implementations in a medium to large-scale organisations
  • Strong capability in Agile delivery including the use of Jira, writing User Stories with Acceptance Criteria for Testing.
  • Ability to map and document business processes. 
  • Knowledge of IIBA standards, including the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), and practical application of business analysis methodologies.
  • Workshop facilitation skills and one-on-one interview skills.
  • A consultative approach with demonstrated ability to identify and collaborate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
