A typical day in the role may look like:

• Helping customers achieve life goals
• Aiding in the cooking of morning and evening meals
• Dispensing medication
• Providing support with personal care tasks

The ideal candidate will: 

• Live locally with full unlimited work rights 
• Be qualified in Cert 3 Individual Support/Disability - ESSENTIAL
• 2+ years' experience in disability or aged care is highly desired 
• A genuine desire to witness individuals achieving their goals
• A sincere passion for cooking and sharing the kitchen
• Willingness to assist with personal care, including showering and toileting
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Hold a valid driver's licence and be willing to use your private vehicle (with rebates available)

• Base pay rate of $32.41 per hour, plus 15% loading for afternoon/night shifts increasing the hourly rate to $37.27
