genU is looking for supportive and hands on Property Care Assistant Supervisor to support with mowing, brush cutting, hedging, weeding, and herbicide spraying. This role is all about safety, teamwork, and attention to detail, ensuring permits, protocols, and daily tasks are completed accurately while delivering excellent results.

What you’ll do

As a Property Care Assistant Supervisor in our Landcare team, you’ll: 

• Facilitate hand mowing, brush cutting, hedging, weeding and herbicide spraying.
• Actively contribute as a positive and engaged member of the Business Enterprise team.
• Champion genU values by fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive workplace for supported employees.
• Plan and prioritise effectively to meet business needs and deliver results on time.

What you’ll bring

• Relevant qualifications or experience in grounds maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Team-oriented with solid interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A hardworking, reliable, and punctual attitude.
• AQF3 Chemical Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
