About You:

You’re currently undertaking an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Mathematics and/or Science. We are looking for enthusiastic students with the following attributes:

  • Abilities to work in a team and adapt to changing situations
  • Passion for Hydro Tasmania/renewable energy
  • An enjoyment of numbers and data management
  • Eagerness to learn and grow skills

About the role:

This role is a technical but entry-level, casual position built for an Undergraduate student looking to gain some experience and work casually.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to assist with the management of the hydrometric (rain, water quality, river, lake levels etc) and physical asset (dams, canals, power stations etc) data that is essential to the operation of Hydro Tasmania. You will develop practical skills from being exposed to a professional workplace while still completing your undergraduate studies.
