Who are you? 

You are a proactive and experienced test lead with a strong background in building testing capabilities and processes. You have a proven track record in leading teams (could be small project teams), driving projects, and implementing effective testing strategies. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation, you’re ready to make an impact. You’re adaptable, able to work with various tools, and eager to shape the future of testing in a greenfield team and capability.

About the role: 

To put simply, this is a new role, and the successful candidate will play a critical role in leading the development of in-house testing capabilities including Test Strategies and governance across new projects and the ongoing maintenance and upgrades of existing IT infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of Hydro Tasmania’s programs of work, driving innovation and supporting the delivery of sustainable energy solutions as part of the organization’s strategic goals.
