About the role:
To put it simply… As an SAP Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Hydro's S/4HANA implementation in the areas of EHSM and GRC. Your experience will be crucial in supporting the usage and continued uplift of the SAP technologies of EHSM and GRC, aligning with the SAP Roadmap, business needs and regulatory requirement ultimately bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. As an SAP Functional Analyst, you will:
✓ Oversee the planning, financial management, and delivery of small-scale projects within the relevant SAP functional or business areas.
✓ Design, develop, and implement tailored solutions within SAP and related products, aligned with specific functional or business area requirements.
✓ Support the evaluation, research, and recommendation of new or enhanced SAP functionalities, technologies, or integrated services for potential adoption.
✓ Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to assess current and future needs related to the relevant SAP functional or business areas.
✓ Ensure comprehensive documentation is produced, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap analyses, test plans, and training materials.

Who are you?
With either tertiary qualifications or extensive experience as a functional analyst, you possess in-depth knowledge of processes and configurations in relevant SAP Modules, S/4HANA, Personas, SAP FIORI, and BTP. Your project management experience has led to proven success in delivering business process improvements in relevant SAP functional/business areas, including the application of best practices, and coaching to ensure successful delivery.
You excel as a true partner within the business, understanding issues and identifying areas for improvement, gathering, and analysing information to help the team implement these improvements. Additionally, you have strong verbal and written communication skills and can adapt your communication style to meet the needs of different stakeholders and situations
