Salary range $135,459 – $157,027 plus super

Who are you?
You have hands-on experience with operational technology or industrial control systems with exposure to security operations and/or incident response. Your experience and skillset also includes:
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills,
- Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas to a range of stakeholders,
- Demonstrated working coding and scripting capability with the ability to learn new languages
- Strong understanding of network security concepts such as firewalls and monitoring tools

About the role:
To put it simply, as a Senior OT Security Analyst at Hydro Tasmania, you will have a variety of impactful responsibilities to protect the business’ operational technology from cyber security threats. Within this role, you will be a trusted source of information to deliver security guidance as well as detect threats by implementing and maintaining a cyber security capability. You will also manage response efforts to cyber security incidents.
As a Senior OT Security Analyst at Hydro Tasmania, you will…
✓ Implement strategic cyber initiatives aligned with key relevant frameworks and standards (such as the AESCSF and IEC 62443)
✓ Supervise the execution of cyber security operations and lead development of initiatives through analysis and risk management
✓ Proactively provide expert advice and monitor security events
✓ Brief leaders on OT-specific threat intelligence and security trends
