About the role
You’ll look after our private and public cloud platforms, making sure the systems behind our enterprise applications are stable, secure and running smoothly. Day to day, this includes system admin, monitoring, incident response, security and compliance, plus using automation to make things more efficient. You’ll also support disaster recovery planning, patching, and keep documentation up to date. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, with occasional after‑hours or on‑call support as needed.
Salary range $93,140 – $114,552 plus super and on call allowance.

Key responsibilities
• Resolve tickets, manage incidents and escalate complex issues while ensuring compliance.
• Maintain reliable infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud through system administration, monitoring and security practices.
• Lift efficiency using automation, scripting, patching, configuration management and disaster recovery planning.
• Work with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders on system updates and performance.

Skills & experience
• Tertiary qualification or industry-technology certification.
• Understanding of cloud, virtualisation, networking, and storage principles.
• Experience operating enterprise IT environments.
• Familiarity operating in IT Service Management.
• Ability to prioritise work, follow established processes and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
