About the role
Within this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the IT Vendor Management Office (VMO) by putting into practice processes and policies to support the achievement of IT strategic objectives. This role involves managing key vendor relationships, assisting with vendor performance reporting against service level agreements and continuous improvement efforts. You’ll transform data into actionable insights and be a trusted source of information for stakeholders.
Salary range $117,986 – $136,778 plus super

Key responsibilities
• Liaise with IT stakeholders, Contracts & Procurement team and Legal Services to coordinate procurement activities, determine supplier selection requirements and maintain strategic vendor relationships
• Support collaboration and effective communication in a complex environment
• Contribute to process enhancements and significantly to the strategic planning of the VMO
• Support IT Contract owners to manage complex, high-value contracts for over 70 IT vendors, associated software licenses and ensuring deadlines are met

• You have a dynamic personality and a love for connecting with people and building relationships
• Strong financial, analytical and organisational skills
• You excel in problem-solving, multi-tasking and analytical thinking, especially in the face of ambiguity and change
• You have strong abilities to influence, listen and adapt as needed to ensure mutually acceptable outcomes are reached
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, ideally paired with experience in man aging IT vendors or contract management and procurement
