About the role
Leading a cross functional team of project and change managers, you will be responsible for establishing and leading an enterprise portfolio function that connects strategy, capacity and delivery across the organisation. This role provides a whole‑of‑business view of projects and initiatives, enabling clear prioritisation decisions that deliver real benefits. Operating as a trusted adviser to the Executive team and the Board, you will translate complex portfolio insights into clear recommendations that are focused on achieving strategic outcomes.
Base salary starts from $186,964 plus super

Key responsibilities
- Enable prioritisation, sequencing and stop/start decisions aligned to strategy, value and capacity
- Act as a key adviser to the Executive team and senior leaders in setting business priorities and resource allocation to support confident decision‑making to deliver strategic outcomes
- Delivery of project and change management to major cross‑functional strategic projects and initiatives not covered by existing PMO’s
- Design and embed portfolio governance, reporting and benefits tracking that provide clear visibility of risk, dependencies and enterprise impact

- Experience leading enterprise‑level portfolio, program or strategic delivery functions
- Strong whole of business portfolio management and prioritisation capability
- Influencing at Executive and Board level as a trusted adviser
- Leading stakeholders persuasively across business areas to reduce silos and improve enterprise outcomes
- Experience establishing or transforming governance frameworks, portfolio offices or central delivery functions
- Financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to assess investment value, risk, capacity and delivery feasibility
About your team
The Enterprise Portfolio Office is a newly created team that will integrate strategic prioritisation, portfolio visibility, project delivery standards and change capability into a coherent enterprise portfolio system, that effectively connects with broader business planning. The EPO team will work across the business and with the Executive and CEO delivering effective, value driven outcomes that are focused on strategy execution. You will be working in a cross-functional team that includes enterprise change and portfolio oversight as well as providing project and change management support for critical enterprise programs or projects. The EPO is a key part of a wider Group Strategy and Sustainability team ensuring that enterprise strategy, planning and project execution are underpinned by long term sustainability.
