About the role
You will support the identification, assessment, and management of operational and strategic risks across the Hydro group. Working with business leaders, you will maintain risk registers, support business continuity planning, and provide analysis and advice to improve controls and resilience. This role offers exposure across the organisation and contributes to preparing the business for disruption and unexpected events.
Salary range $117,986 - $136,778 plus super

Key responsibilities
- Lead risk assessment workshops to identify and treat key risks
- Maintain enterprise risk registers and continuity plans in SAP and Riskonnect
- Analyse operational and strategic risks and recommend controls
- Support business continuity planning, testing, and response activities
- Prepare clear risk reports and insights for leaders and stakeholders

Skills & experience

- Practical experience delivering operational or strategic risk activities
- Working knowledge of ISO 31000 and risk governance frameworks
- Experience with business continuity, emergency planning, or resilience
- Strong analysis skills with ability to interpret data and controls
- Confident communicator able to influence and facilitate stakeholders
- Experience in energy, utilities, or highly regulated environments would be desirable
