About the role
Lead the delivery of safe, compliant and efficient electrical maintenance programs across Hydro assets. Based primarily in the Derwent region, you will supervise electrical trades, coordinate contractors and ensure work is completed in line with safety, quality and regulatory requirements, with travel to other sites as required. This role plays a key part in sustaining the reliability of critical renewable energy infrastructure.
Salary range $93,140 – $114,552 plus super and $5,772 area allowance

Key responsibilities
• Lead and supervise electrical maintenance and project work.

• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors.
• Plan, schedule and prioritise electrical activities.
•Monitor work quality and timeframes working closely with Site Managers.
