About the role
Provide project and administrative support within the PMO to help deliver capital projects successfully. Work closely with the Manager Program Portfolio and project teams, coordinating financial processes, maintaining systems and documentation, and supporting day‑to‑day project activities.
Salary range $73,524 – $90,425 plus super

Key responsibilities
• Support site teams with delivery of projects
• Manage project financial processes incl. POs, invoices and data.
• Maintain project systems, registers and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, reporting and team administration.
• Coordinate site logistics incl. travel, accommodations, freight.
• Provide site support incl. safety reporting and inductions.
• Ensure accurate timesheets and contractor support.

Skills & experience
• Experience in administrative or project support roles.
• Strong MS Office skills; SAP or similar systems ideal.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Customer-focused with continuous improvement mindset.
• Current driver’s licence.
