About the Role:

Are you passionate about quality and driven to work smarter—not harder? We’re looking for a Senior Test Analyst who will play a key role in uplifting our testing capability, mentoring others, and helping us embrace smarter ways of working through test automation and AI adoption.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative Agile environment, enjoys mentoring junior testers, and is excited to help shape the future of testing in our organisation. You’ll be working closely with our Functional Test Lead to drive adoption of test automation tools and help the team think beyond traditional testing approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain, execute and review manual and automated test scripts
  • Compile, maintain and review comprehensive test documentation
  • Monitor and report test metrics and testing progress throughout development/project cycles
  • Investigate and support production issues, liaising with developers and third-party providers
  • Test integrations with third-party products and provide test reports for suppliers and regulators
  • Analyse and evaluate business and system requirements, collaborating closely with stakeholders
  • Contribute to Agile delivery practices including CI/CD, automated deployment, and production support
  • Mentor and coach junior Test Analysts and Automation Engineers, promoting smarter testing practices
  • Support the introduction of performance testing and help the team explore AI-driven testing opportunities
  • Estimate testing requirements to determine scope of development/project cycles
  • Plan and review test approach for each release
  • Monitor defect tracking process, as well as reporting trends to relevant stakeholders

About You

You’re not just a tester—you’re a quality champion. You think like an engineer, act like a mentor, and always look for ways to improve how we work. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, love solving problems, and know how to bring others along on the journey.

You’ll bring:

  • ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst/Technical Test Analyst certification (preferred)
  • Strong integration testing experience (manual and automation) in complex environments
  • Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks
  • Experience in Agile delivery teams and DevOps environments
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end application testing
  • Technical familiarity with platforms such as:
    • Core Platforms: Salesforce (Lightning, Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud), Mulesoft, Digital (React, .Net, AngularJS), Orion, New Voice Media, SiteCore/Sitefinity
    • Data & Cloud: Snowflake, Matillion, AWS
    • Monitoring & DevOps Tools: Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, Splunk, Sumo Logic
