Expressions of interest are invited for the temporary appointment of the part time Administrative Officer in the Wellbeing and Student Support team for the remainder of the 2025 school year (August -December 2025).

As part of the broader Improvement, Learning and Wellbeing (ILW) service area, the Wellbeing and Student Support (WSS) team plays a critical role in partnering with schools to address the diverse learning and wellbeing needs of students from Kindergarten to Year 12. 

The position offers an opportunity to support the team through:

• day to day administration support including data entry, calendar management, booking resources, attending meetings and minute taking,
• preparation of agenda, reports, presentations, and professional learning materials,
• maintaining accurate records, resource ordering and payment of invoices.

This role requires excellent organisational and time management skills, experience in Google or MS Office, the ability to recognise and deal with confidential issues as they arise, and a positive helpful attitude to supporting the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in administration to make a meaningful contribution to the administrative work of the  Wellbeing and Student Support team for Terms 3 and 4 of 2025.
