A temporary part time position commencing 27 January 2026 until 17 December 2027. The successful applicant will be responsible for general office duties, liaising with students, staff and parents.
 
DUTIES:
  •  attending to reception counter, handling visitor enquiries and welcoming visitors to the College
  •  basic Clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning, filing, collating and handling mail
  •  answering the telephone
  •  receiving deliveries
  •  general tidying of administration area
  •  duties at the discretion of the SSSO and Principal.
 
ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA:
  •  currently undertaking a Certificate lll in Business Administration (or equivalent) or be willing to commence Certificate lll in Business   Administration
  •  professional commitment to confidentiality and privacy
  •  excellent communication skills
  •  ability to work under limited direction
  •  ability to work in a team environment
  •  good computer skills
  •  good organisational and time management skills
  •  accuracy and attention to detail
  •  professional personal presentation
  •  willing to learn. 

WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE

This role is classified as a child related work and therefore a working with children clearance is required prior to your commencement with us.
