A temporary part time position commencing 31 January 2025 until 19 December 2025.

This is a position to support the delivery of quality learning in a library setting. This position requires you to work collaboratively with teachers, providing assistance in all areas of student learning.

ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA

• A commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.
• Experience in administration and general office processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google suite of applications.
• Ability to process data in a variety of forms and produce reports.
• Effective organisational skills with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required.

DESIRABLE SELECTION CRITERIA

• Familiarity with Tech One and Compass systems.
• Certificate III Library and Information Services or related study.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a Library setting desireable

This role is classified as a child related work and therefore a working with children clearance is required prior to your commencement with us.
