A temporary part time position commencing 20 April 2026 until 7 April 2028.

This is a position of support services for students, staff, parents and school administration.

ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA

  • A commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.
  • Willingness to learn administration and general office processes and procedures within an educational environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google suite of applications.
  • Competent organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to engage professionally with colleagues, parents/carers and the wide school community.

  • Ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Willing to undertake a Certificate III in Business Administration (traineeship).
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to undertake training.

This role is classified as a child related work and therefore a working with children clearance is required prior to your commencement with us.
