The Learning Outcomes Insights Analyst supports our strategic commitment to uplifting learning outcomes by delivering deep data analysis, identifying key trends, and providing actionable insights that inform educational decision-making.

About the Role:

Responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement data collection systems, dashboards, and a reporting framework that ensure high-quality, efficient data management aligned to strategic goals.
  • Analyse and interpret complex learning and teaching data, delivering clear and actionable insights to CSPD Directorate leaders.
  • Identify trends and patterns in student assessment data to evaluate the impact of educational programs and initiatives.
  • Provide timely responses to ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests, with a focus on generating practical learning and teaching insights.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, security, and timely access to support informed, self-service analytics across the organisation.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an educational or outcomes-based setting
  • Strong skills in statistical analysis and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL)
  • The ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful stories and reports for stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality and security
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams
