We have an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and personable Organisational Development Advisor to join our dynamic People & Culture - Organisational Development team on a nine month, full time basis! This is an exciting time of change and growth here at CSPD and we want you to get directly involved to truly make a difference!

This is a great role if you are energised by supporting our people focused, organisational wide initiatives. Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, you will be joining a supportive team and work closely with stakeholders throughout CSPD and externally, to help bring these strategic initiatives to life.

You will have the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, working 50% remotely and 50% in the office!

 

The Opportunity

  • Support the Organisational Development team with day to day project management activities including the development, monitoring and reporting on project plans

  • Provide initial advisory support to leaders and stakeholders to deliver ‘right fit’ organisational development solutions 

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of Organisational Development programs and supporting materials predominantly focused on employee engagement as well as performance and development, learning and other people related initiatives.

  • Provide high level administrative support to the team, including project coordination,  learning and development administration, maintaining systems and other activities to support the delivery of Organisational Development programs 

  • Contribute to maintaining systems that support the evaluation of program effectiveness as part of continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate 

  • Proven experience as an Organisational Development Advisor or as a HR Generalist with a passion for Organisational Development would be advantageous, however not essential

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, related discipline or equivalent  

  • Demonstrated planning, project management and high level administration skills, with the ability to be agile and support parallel streams of work 

  • Skilled in building rapport, communicating and engaging with stakeholders and external partners, along with a ‘can do’ attitude 

  • Tech-savvy and proficient in tools such as Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce high quality materials
