About the Role

The Efficiency Manager is accountable for enhancing operational effectiveness and delivering sustainable improvements that reduce cost and waste while maintaining quality and performance.

You will be based in our Parramatta office and supported with flexible work arrangements between the office and home.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives across the organisation

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs

  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure processes remain efficient and relevant

  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance CSPD’s operations

About You

You will be an innovative and collaborative professional with:

  • Proven experience in process improvement, operations optimisation, or similar roles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to develop and implement effective efficiency strategies

  • A commitment to continuous improvement and professional excellence
