The Student Support team at CSPD are seeking internal applications for a savvy, people-focused coordinator who thrives on turning numbers into action! We’re looking for a Resource Planning Officer to lead our administrative and triage team, ensuring the right support reaches the right people at the right time.
In this role, you’ll be:
Leading a team of administrative and triage officers
Supporting the Triage Officers in appropriate triaging and processing of referrals to ensure timely and accurate allocation to appropriate supports
Updating and ensuring data accuracy using available tools, providing reliable utilisation and forecasts based on approved and anticipated requests
Maintaining a schedule of pertinent reports and responding quickly and accurately to ad-hoc reporting requests
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in processes and systems through the provision of relevant data and a comprehensive understanding of past staffing practices
Ensuring demand fulfilment by anticipating and modelling change in existing and new staffing structures
Providing support and expertise to Leaders in understanding allocations and tools throughout staffing cycles
Supporting Leaders in their planning and oversight of staff allocation and financial stewardship.
