The Student Support team at CSPD are seeking internal applications for a savvy, people-focused coordinator who thrives on turning numbers into action! We’re looking for a Resource Planning Officer to lead our administrative and triage team, ensuring the right support reaches the right people at the right time.

In this role, you’ll be:

• Leading a team of administrative and triage officers

• Supporting the Triage Officers in appropriate triaging and processing of referrals to ensure timely and accurate allocation to appropriate supports

• Updating and ensuring data accuracy using available tools, providing reliable utilisation and forecasts based on approved and anticipated requests

• Maintaining a schedule of pertinent reports and responding quickly and accurately to ad-hoc reporting requests

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in processes and systems through the provision of relevant data and a comprehensive understanding of past staffing practices

• Ensuring demand fulfilment by anticipating and modelling change in existing and new staffing structures

• Providing support and expertise to Leaders in understanding allocations and tools throughout staffing cycles 

• Supporting Leaders in their planning and oversight of staff allocation and financial stewardship.
