Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking a Temporary full-time Talent Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team. We work 50% remote and 50% from our North Parramatta office (and out in any of our 82 schools!)

Talent Associates support our TA team to deliver our high quality, high impact recruitment services to our schools and corporate teams. Working closely with a team of Talent Advisors, this role facilitates efficient recruitment processes centred on candidate care and great data.

The Talent Associate is an important part of our great team, supporting all of the transactional functions of our recruitment processes, including:

  • Processing school based contracts, ensuring high levels of accuracy and tier 1 support to schools

  • Performing phone screens and related documentation, scheduling interviews and ensuring feedback collateral is appropriately recorded and mapped to candidate records

  • Supporting the development of talent collateral including advertising templates, instructional collateral, and policy/procedural documentation

  • Supporting clearance processes and candidate selection including references, visa checks and issuing contracts

  • Managing the active casuals database and administering the casual booking tool

This is a great entry level role for someone looking to start their career in recruitment! While you don't need recruitment-specific experience, you'll need to bring other skills, including:

  • High volume experience - whether you've worked in retail, hospitality or corporate services you'll know how to stay organised and stick to process in a high-volume environment

  • Teamwork - Talent at CSPD is a team sport! You'll have experience making a contribution to the success of a busy team and understand that your work is an important part of the big picture

  • Great communication - you'll be speaking with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, asking questions and recording answers, responding to tickets, helping to build recruitment marketing materials and writing basic job ads. Communication is key!
