About the opportunity
Marian Catholic College Kenthurst is currently seeking applications from experienced NESA HSC markers to join our casual team for marking Year 12 practice trial papers over the upcoming school holidays. All marking must be completed and papers returned by the first day of Term 3. This is a fantastic opportunity for educators who are passionate about student learning and would like to contribute to their academic development while gaining valuable experience in HSC exam assessment.

Responsibilities
Accurately assess and mark Year 12 students' practice trial papers in the specified subject area(s).
Provide constructive feedback to students to aid in their academic improvement.
Ensure compliance with NESA (NSW Education Standards Authority) marking guidelines and standards.
Complete marking within the designated timeframe. Exams must be marked over the July school holidays and returned by the first day of Term 3.
Requirements
Experience as a NESA HSC Marker in the specified subject area(s).
Strong understanding of the relevant syllabus and assessment criteria.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in marking.
Effective communication skills to provide clear feedback to students.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
