About you:

The TAS teacher will fit the following criteria:

  • An extensive knowledge of the TAS  syllabus KLA Years 7-10, along with best practice programming and assessing.

  • Current knowledge of best practice explicit teaching, learning and assessing to ensure strong student learning outcomes.

  • An ability to differentiate learning to cater for a wide range of student learning needs.

  • A passion for TAS education and establishing partnerships with our KLA’s and external stakeholders to maximise learning experiences in an all girls context.

  • An ability to analyse learning data and collaborate with KLA peers to develop effective school improvement plans.

  • An ability to work innovatively and creatively with TAS staff and students to lead and inspire a culture of excellence.

This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment including the completion of a National Police Check, retention of a valid Working with Children Check and adoption and compliance with CSPD'S Child Safeguarding Procedures and Code of Conduct When Working With Students and Children.
