CSPD is seeking an experienced School of Now Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality virtual learning for students, enabling teachers and school leaders across our system.

The variety of this role includes:

  • Overseeing and coordinating School of Now operations, including enrolments, curriculum, and face-to-face schedules.

  • Collaborating with system and school leadership to ensure resources meet program needs.

  • Ensuring program quality, compliance, and alignment with CSPD policies and the Catholic ethos.

  • Coordinating professional learning for teachers and school leaders to build capacity.

  • Monitoring and supervising teachers within the program.

  • Leading and supporting continuous improvement and change initiatives.

  • Contributing to risk management, compliance, and policy development.

  • Building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high-quality service.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant area of study.

  • Bring proven management and leadership experience, ideally in an education or related environment.

  • Have strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict management skills.

  • Demonstrate advanced skills in adaptability, communication, problem-solving, and team leadership.

  • Show strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and educational trends.

  • Model Gospel values and promote CSPD’s mission and Catholic ethos.

  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity.
