**What We're Looking For - Store Manager:**
• Store leadership experience within large-format retail • Proven ability to lead teams of 30+ members • Strong financial acumen with P&L analysis experience • Exceptional communication and people management skills • Experience managing high stock volumes • Passion for outdoors and adventure (highly valued!) • First Aid certification or willingness to complete training • Full-time availability including weekends
