Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver critical projects across our Spotlight, Anaconda and Harris Scarfe brands. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects that will have a significant impact on our business.

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of multiple IT projects, from inception to completion.
• Scope and Planning: Define project scope, develop detailed project plans, and manage timelines and budgets.
• Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources, manage project teams, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and infrastructure.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and deliver exceptional results.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven track record in delivering successful IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Specific experience managing project delivery of online shopping websites.
• Ability to juggle multiple smaller projects concurrently and prioritise resources.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Atlassian Suite, O365,  MS Project).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Retail industry experience is highly desirable.
