What You Will Be Doing:

  • Reporting to the Group Master Data Manager you will be responsible for Data management for Article Master, Pricing & Promotions and Replenishment
  • Work collaboratively in a master data team to ensure data is accurately keyed and maintained.
  • Resolve or refer queries and/or problems regarding data issues.
  • Govern business processes to ensure data accuracy and timely execution
  • Correct errors in a timely manner to minimise business impact
  • Identify risk and inform relevant teams and be proactive in the resolution
  • Execute, distribute and action validation reports to ensure updates meet process timeframes
  • Periodically validate data between systems to maintain accuracy

 

About You:

  • Prior Data entry experience will be desirable
  • Must have strong Excel skills (v-lookups + pivot tables)
  • Strong organisational skills with evidence of ability to deliver on multiple workstreams and to deadlines
  • Numerical, analytical, inquisitive.  A forward thinker and problem solver
  • Ability to build strong working relationships, but also able to work independently
  • Be able to effectively and clearly communicate
  • Experience in SAP is advantageous
  • Understanding of the Retail environment and industry
