The Role:

• Supporting the Store Manager ensuring the store and company objectives are achieved, in line with financial and operational targets
• Get involved in the store stocktake process
• Provide guidance and feedback to train and develop the team
• Drive sales, mentoring, and training across various departments
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards and workplace safety

About You:

• Proven retail leadership, customer centric, and sales skills
• Results driven
• Experience managing departments (preferred) and training
• Strong communication, mentoring, and multitasking abilities
• Computer literacy and First Aid qualification (or willingness to be trained)
