Join the dynamic finance team at Spotlight Retail Group, home to iconic brands like Spotlight, Anaconda & Harris Scarfe! We're seeking a meticulous and driven Accounts Payable Officer to join our South Melbourne-based team in a hybrid role

What You Will Be Doing

As our Accounts Payable Officer, you will be reporting to the Team Leader and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail business by providing comprehensive Accounts Payable services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing Merchandise Invoices in SAP
• Investigating and resolving invoices that fail 3-way match
• Reconciling Vendor Statements
• Addressing all internal and external Stakeholder queries
• Ensuring adequate audit trail is maintained for all financial transactions
• Ad-Hoc Duties as requested

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses:

• 3 – 5 Years Accounts Payable experience
• Experience in the use of SAP Accounts Payable module (ideal but not necessary)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-assess
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong desire to manage and organise your time and tasks efficiently
• Have down to earth, adaptable, can-do attitude
