Anaconda, Australia's leading outdoor adventure retailer, is seeking a talented Retail Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team.

 What you will be doing

• Oversee store systems, processes, and customer service.
• Manage IT and POS systems, including Sure-fire upgrades and Intranet maintenance.
• Analyse sales data and generate reports to inform business decisions.
• Coordinate travel, new store openings and communications for the operations team.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, report generation, and meeting coordination.
• Create and maintain effective communication channels.

What you'll bring

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adaptability, initiative, and a positive attitude.
• Retail experience preferred, knowledge of Anaconda products an advantage.
