What You Will Be Doing
As our Accounts Payable Officer, you will be reporting to the Team Leader and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail business by providing comprehensive Accounts Payable services. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing Merchandise Invoices in SAP
Investigating and resolving invoices that fail 3-way match
Reconciling Vendor Statements
Addressing all internal and external Stakeholder queries
Ensuring adequate audit trail is maintained for all financial transactions
Ad-Hoc Duties as requested
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses:
3 – 5 Years Accounts Payable experience
Experience in the use of SAP Accounts Payable module (ideal but not necessary)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong attention to detail and ability to self-assess
Excellent oral and written communication
Strong desire to manage and organise your time and tasks efficiently
Have down to earth, adaptable, can-do attitude
