We are seeking an accomplished Retail Sales & Operations manager within the retail industry, to drive our State Managers to ensure our Made 2 Measure category achieves its full potential in customer service while maximising sales and profit.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving excellence & consistency with end to end delivery of quality window furnishings
• Improving sales & financial performance
• Coaching, leading and supporting your team
• Enabling and supporting a strong people-oriented culture
• Ensuring systems compliance and drive business efficiencies
• Providing leadership & enhancing focus on safety
• Identifying industry trends and strategies for future growth

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will lead & enhance performance of the growing store network. You will coach and mentor your team to deliver consistency and excellence in customer service, customer leads and conversions.

You will have experience in:

•  Five years plus senior leadership experience in a regional or operational capacity within the retail sector
• Managing teams across multiple locations and sites
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop talent
• Strong change management experience
• Extensive retail sales and customer service experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
