We are currently on the hunt for a dynamic Team Leader for our BRAND NEW HORNSBY SPOTLIGHT STORE.  

The Role

As a Spotlight Team Leader, you will take the reins of your department and spend your days inspiring, empowering and driving your teams to success. You are a hands on leader that leads from the front and thrives on chaos. Collaborate with your leadership team to cultivate a positive culture that breeds success. 

The ideal candidate:

• Leadership experience managing teams of upto 10+
• Good understanding of business acumen & P&L exposure
• Strong customer service focus
• High volume stock management skills
