The Role

As a Team Leader for Spotlight, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to run a successful and profitable business, all while creating a supportive and positive working environment for your team. You drive your team to exceed sales figures and KPIs and are proactive in training, mentoring and coaching. 

The ideal candidate:

• Leadership experience within big box/large format volume retailer
• Strong people and performance management skills ie conducting reviews, conflict resolution
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment
• High volume stock management skills
