Fitzy’s Loganholme is on the lookout for passionate and reliable kitchen team members to join our busy, high-energy venue. Whether you’re an experienced Chef de Partie ready to take charge of a section, or a dedicated Kitchen Porter who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes – we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For – Chef de Partie:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Confident running a section with minimal supervision
  • Strong function and high-volume experience
  • A team player who leads by example
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Creative flair and pride in plate presentation
  • Calm under pressure and able to multitask
  • Willingness to take direction from senior chefs

What We’re Looking For – Kitchen Porter:

  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Strong work ethic with attention to cleanliness and hygiene
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Team-focused and ready to help wherever needed
  • Experience in a commercial kitchen a plus, but not essential
