Parkside Tavern is on the hunt for a seasoned, food-and-beverage-focused Venue Manager to lead our freshly renovated, high-volume venue! We’re known for our friendly service, great food, and cold beers—but we’re ready to raise the bar. We want a hands-on leader who can drive standards, energise the team, and keep the good vibes rolling.

As Venue Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our bustling, high-volume venue. Your leadership will shape a dynamic team, drive service excellence, and ensure smooth operations across all areas.

Essential requirements:

• 3+ years of Venue Management experience
• Proven experience managing high-volume F&B 
• Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems
• P&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financials 
• Experience in a high-turnover customer service environment
• Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality management
• Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area & industry
• Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
• State-based qualifications RP Badge
