What We’re Looking For:
We’re after an experienced kitchen leader with a proven track record in high-volume venues. You’ll be someone who leads from the front, builds team morale, and ensures consistency and quality in every dish.

• Experience in a Head Chef role within a similar tavern or pub-style environment
• A leadership style that trains, develops, and motivates a tight-knit team
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Confidence under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent presentation and creativity in menu design
• A commitment to high standards and achieving team success

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Expertise in menu costing and wastage control
• The ability to balance creative specials with consistent delivery
• Experience running large-scale events and functions
• Strong awareness of current food trends and kitchen efficiencies
• Solid knowledge of rostering, cost control, and stock management
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in POS, MS Office, and restaurant management systems
• A food safety–focused mindset and strong compliance skills
• A community-driven attitude and business acumen
