Australian Venue Co. is on the hunt for a skilled Leasing Manager to join our National Office team based in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of lease management across our growing portfolio of venues nationwide.

In this role, you'll work closely with landlords, agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure lease compliance, manage renewals, rent reviews, and maintain accurate data in our lease management system. You'll also coach and support our Leasing Administrator, providing guidance on complex matters and supporting the broader Property & Development team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing our lease portfolio via Lease Eagle

  • Liaising with landlords and agents to build strong relationships

  • Providing advice to internal teams on lease-related decisions

  • Overseeing renewals, rent reviews, and exercising lease options

  • Ensuring all lease data is accurately maintained

  • Preparing reports for stakeholders across the business

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years' experience in commercial leasing or property management

  • Excellent understanding of lease frameworks and key clauses

  • Strong communication, organisational, and Excel skills

  • Experience with lease administration systems (Lease Eagle a plus)

  • Detail-oriented with initiative and a collaborative mindset
