The successful candidate must be a strong leader with good communication skills who is comfortable leading and inspiring the team.

Essential requirements:

  • 2+ years in a Management role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced venue 
  • Ability to work autonomously  
  • Strong background in Food and Beverage focused venue
  • Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
  • Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
  • Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment 
  • Unrestricted Approved Manager Red Card
