The Mansfield Tavern is back, with a fresh new look and ready to rock!. After an extensive renovation, we’re gearing up for a huge launch and building a DREAM TEAM to make it happen. 

We’re looking for passionate Duty Managers to support daily operations and help deliver top-tier live entertainment every week. If you’ve got the skills and love the music scene, this is your chance to be part of something big.

The successful candidate must have proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue and exceptional customer service and presentation skills. If you are looking to take the next step in your career to become a leader and progress, then this is the venue for you! 

We are offering:

Essential requirements:

  • Previous experience as a duty manager
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Strong experience in food & beverage 
  • Experience working in a gaming venue 
  • Knowledge of TAB and wagering 
  • Ability to work across days, nights, and weekends
  • Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license 
  • CLO - Desirable, not necessary
