The Anthill Hotel in Mareeba, right in the heart of the stunning Atherton Tablelands, is on the lookout for a full-time Duty Manager to join our crew. We’re a laid-back local favourite, known for our cold beers, friendly vibes, and good old-fashioned service with a smile.

If you’re passionate about hospitality and know how to lead a team, we want to hear from you. The successful candidate must be a strong leader with good communication skills who is comfortable leading and inspiring the team.

Essential requirements:

  • Have a minimum 1 year of experience in a duty manager role
  • Experience working in a gaming venue 
  • Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
  • Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
  • Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment 
  • RLMV & Approved Managers License
  • CLO is desirable but not necessary
