The Claremont Hotel has been an institution in Perth's western suburbs since 1886! after an extensive renovation in 2023, we quickly became a local favorite and it's easy to see why! With outstanding food, amazing drinks, and service with a smile, we're the go-to spot for the community.

As we gear up for another bustling summer at The Claremont Hotel, we are hunting for an enthusiastic duty manager to join our already-established team. 

As a Duty Manager at The Claremont, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Venue Manager to ensure the seamless running of our iconic venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about hospitality and eager to advance their career in a fast-paced, large-scale environment.

Essential requirements:

  • 2+ years of Management experience in a similar venue 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Food & beverage venue
  • Strong Beverage knowledge 
  • Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems 
  • Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
  • Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
  • Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
  • Hold a current Approved Managers license
